Question:

Do you have an ingredient list for your products?

Answer:

We do.  They are very simply made:  Our original treats are made out of 100% salmon.  The salmon meat is ground up and baked with natural Vitamin E and Vitamin C Antioxidants.  There are 570 kcal/100 g (3.5 oz), they are composed of 39.8% crude protein, 44.9% crude fat, and combust into 10.3% crude ash.

Our Pocket treats are 76% salmon and 24% potato meal.  The potato meal was added as a grain-free method to dry the treat out and make them suitable to carry in your pocket on a walk.  There are 513 kcal/100 g (3.5 oz), they are composed of 31.5% crude protein, 35.1% crude fat, and combust into 8.6% crude ash.

Our salmon oil is 100% salmon oil. It’s 99% crude fat, and one pump squirt (4 ml) consists of: 860 mg of Saturated fatty acids, 1,400 mg of Unsaturated fatty acids, 1,300 mg of Polyunsaturated fatty acids, of which 1,050 mg is omega-3 fatty acids including 350 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and including 450 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), and the remaining 150 mg of the Polyunsaturated fatty acids are omega-6 fatty acids.

Question:

Does the salmon oil have to be refrigerated?

Answer:

No, it doesn’t.  We recommend a cool and dry place like a pantry.  If the oil is in too hot of a temperature it will spoil, but it does not require refrigeration.

Question:

I received a torn package/damaged bottle, what can I do?

Answer:

If you feel uncomfortable with the condition of your received product, something we endeavor to ensure is a rare occurrence but has been known to happen in transit, please don’t hesitate to contact us.  We hold ourselves to a product of exceptional quality and will make sure that is exactly what you receive.  In the case of damaged merchandise, we will send you a new one.

Question:

My salmon oil smells more than usual!  What gives?

Answer:

Occasionally when the salmon are harvested in mating season they are known to have a much more pungent salmon oil.  Do not be alarmed!  This is not an indication of a spoiled product, and dogs usually continue to enjoy the taste of it.  We have found that some people are put off by this rare occurrence, and we understand — most of the time our product has a very mild aroma.  If you happen to get a bottle that smells excessively we will be happy to replace it.

Question:

I run a pet store and would like to retail Kronch products.  Do you have a wholesale list?

Answer:

We do, please contact us here to discuss further.

However, if you are inside the Mid-Atlantic region, please get in touch with Natural Animal Nutrition who is our exclusive distributor from New Jersey to North Carolina.

Question:

I’d like to import Lakse Kronch products in my home country.  How can I do that?

Answer:

First you should double check the manufacturer’s website at Kronch.com to see if there is already an importer active in your country.  If there isn’t, we recommend you contact Henne Pet Food here and indicate to them your interest.  Kronch is always seeking highly qualified importers to expand our product line in countries that we do not yet have a presence in.
